We understand that there have been some concerns about the publication of codes online, which is why we would like to be open about our policies for publishing codes.
Expired codes
We do display expired discount codes on our site for the purposes of archiving and for search engine optimisation. Our discount codes have dedicated pages and if these pages are removed, users will be sent via search engines to a page that does not exist, damaging our reputation and affecting our ranking with Google.
We do, however, ensure that it is explicit that the code has expired and we offer other codes from that merchant, similar merchants with valid codes and links that state the code shown may not work.
Authorised usage of codes
We do not use codes that we are not authorised to use. This means we do not steal other authors' exclusive codes and we do not allow users to submit codes that they have found in other channels which means that the codes we offer are from the online marketing channel and they are authorised for us to use.
Unethical practices
We do not use unethical practices such as forcing open windows, hiding codes until the user is forced to accept a cookie, use iframes, spyware or any other practice that is seen as unethical.
Respect for other publishers
We understand that there are several other publishers of discount codes online but we respect competition. We do not display their domains or brands in a way as to gain rankings and belittle them.
